Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking
You can book online direct through this site or one of our partner sites, such as booking.com or laterooms.com.  Bookings can also
be made by calling our reservations number, by fax, e-mail or letter - all these details can be found on our site under CONTACT.

All bookings require a valid debit, credit or charge card which remain vaild until 1 month after your departure date.  We reserve the
right to charge your card upon reservation for Prepay Rates.  Payment is usually required 48 hours before arrival when paying by
debit card.  Credit & charge cards will be pre-authorized upon booking.  Declined cards may result in your booking being cancelled,
please ensure the card you give has sufficient funds to cover the reservation.  Pre-Pay rooms require payment at the time of booking.

If you include a mobile (cell / handy) phone number we will send you a Booking Confirmation by SMS - free of charge.

We are a non smoking hotel and smoking is not permitted in any part of the hotel.  There is a designated smoking area outside
the main foyer.  There is a fixed penalty of £75.00GBP Sterling for anyone caught smoking within the hotel.

Children and Pets are welcome.  All rooms are quoted in GBP and include full English breakfast for 2 persons, unless stated.  
Extra adults or children aged 3 and upwards will be charged £10.95GBP Sterling for Breakfast & Linen.

Modifications
If you need to make a modification to a reservation, please do this directly through the placed you made the original reservation, e.g.
Booking.com or laterooms.com.  If you booked Directly with us, you can send us an e-mail to reception@browheadhotel.co.uk - if you
do not get a response within 48 hours or your reservation is due to arrive within the next 48 hours, please call us direct, you can find
our number on the Contact Us tab above.  We currently charge £7.50 GBP if you need to change a reservation date to a later date.

Cancellations
Our cancellation policy is 48 hours before 07:00 GMT of the date of arrival, unless stated.  Cancellation policies may vary on our
partner sites, please check directly with them.  If you have made a reservation with one of our partners and you need to cancel, you
will need to do this directly with them.  Cancellations made before 07:00 GMT 48 hours before the arrival date will not remain
chargeable.  Cancellations made outside our policy will remain fully chargeable and payment will be taken from your card as agreed
at the time of booking.  All Pre-Pay & Discount Pay in Advance rooms are non refundable in the event of a cancellation.
